- Are you battling a weightloss journey? Good to know I have friends. :) Been there, done that. MY WHOLE LIFE! I came to know of the concept of clean eating back in May 2012. I was working out very hard since 2011 but no weightloss at all. When I started combining my workout and cleaneating in June 2012, it was the best decision ever. However, most recipes tend to be very western. Thus, I was thinking, why isn't there a clean eating website for Asians? Malaysians in particular. Welcome to my blog. =)
