J.Co Donuts! *random*
And.... we didn't hear their names clearly.. and we came out with George Clooney, Shaun Connery and even Rob Thomas! :|
Anyways... right after meeting.. we ran to Pavillion. Thanks to regan who wanted to eat KFC so much.
And.. worst of all.. after makan.. we wanna walk to our car... and we passed by J.Co Donuts. I know i damn jakun loh, never try J. Co before.
So.. i went like.. "wei! Wait.. since there';s no line at J.Co.. wanna buy 1 and try leh, never try before leh"
And.. Vince went like... ermm i also want one la. Then.. suddenly Regan went like.. eh I also want one! .. then worst.. suddenly Hoon Hoon pop out her head from no where.. EH I ALSO WANT.
Out of a sudden became 4 donuts. Den.. the fler promote promote.. became 6 donuts :|
heh. 2 mine and 2 hoon hoon la. and 1 regan and 1 vince :P Hoon Hoon as u can seeeee.. is a fan of choco. blardi chocoholic girl.
Mine was some nut choc or something and the other was tiramisu,. Tiramisu was damn kao sinful. It's like creamy on the top and when u bite.. a whole chunk of cream is in the donut. OMG. I felt like i swallowed 1000calories in a mini donut. :| but tiramisu was ok-ok only. nothing much. won't be going for a 2nd round for that.
Not sure bout the other one. I took home and it's still in the fridge. I was dead full. :|

A Familiar Feeling
I was in Seremban today. Carrying a cheque of RM124,032.00 back to KL. I was happy. I was happy I found Mr. D as my latest client, a very unexpected one and yet a very nice one indeed. One of the nicer clients one can ask for. But, somehow or rather... the enjoyment had it's limits. It has a barrier.
I reached home at 6 in the evening. As my usual, stuck my hands into my laptop bag and pulled out my white lil laptop and log on to P1. I was dead tired, thus, I tugged myself onto bed for abit. And, all of a sudden, I got up at 8.30pm and I walked straight to my lappie.
And, I had this familiar feeling, that I rather not have.
A feeling that I'm all alone in this world. A feeling that makes me wonder if anyone really cared. A form of loneliness that I sense from and around me. A feeling that I wanna hide from the rest of the world in order for me to not feel vulnerable, to not feel sympathized, but to be felt as confident and full of strength. A smile that I put on when I see an individual, anyone, anybody. A smile that hides away all the vulnerability in me, that hides away all the fear in me. A smile that can make others smile while I cry from within. And, nobody knows.
That is the familiar feeling that I rather not have. A feeling of being lost with no directions. A feeling, nobody wants to have.

Dictionary 2009
I thought this was funny. Got it in my fwd email.
A possible plan of inclusion of a new word in the Oxford dictionary and Webster. *lol*
badawi [baa-daa-wee] (noun): To start something full of promise but end in disappointment, failure and/or disaster.
Eg:
'I'm trusting you to perform this task well; don't do a badawi, ok?'
'Whatever I do, I will always find a way to badawise it.'
France badawied their Euro 2008 campaign. England pre-badawied theirs, while Italy were guilty of over-badawification.
*No offence.

New Zealand
I didn't had a thing to visit NZ till recently. I've seen alot of nice and beautiful scenic photos of the beautiful country. The serenity feeling that I obtained from the pictures are simply magnificient and indescribable. I have attached 5 photos which I've gotten from a friend's friend that went to NZ recently for a track walk.. stuff.. but all i know is that it is gorgeously beautiful.
Now, my 3 mission by 2009 is
1) get a downpayment ready for a blardi house. Can someone be crazy enough to tell me that the natural beauty, the work of God which are in
2) RM20K ready for Europe
3) extra money for holidays in NZ? lol
the photos below aren't beautiful? You can't resist it.
This is all in Mildford, New Zealand

I.did.door.to.door.
I did door to door. Would you?
Yes. I drove down to Seremban with Tsin Ai and Wong to do our door to door invitation to next Thursday seminar in Royale Bintang Seremban. It could probably be a 'image-destroyer' to do door to door as it appears sales-y but heck! If it adds value to me and it adds value to my client who sees the point of the investment, there's nothing to loose. =)
We started off our day in Columbia Asia Hospital. wasn't too good coz the system was too good. lol. doctors weren't in individual clinics that we could walk in door to door. But all doctors are in separate rooms and only being allowed to see them once u register at the nurse counter and once the doctor AGREES to see you. We managed to only see 1 - a consultant surgeon.
Without wasting more time, we moved to Oakland business park.. or watever u call the place. We drove around slowly watching for signboards of lawyer firms and clinics. We tried going door to door for clinics but it doesn't seem to work. They have this perception of "sales man not allowed". But they've got no idea how would this "salesman" here could have added value to their lives. Maybe not that huge humongous addition but I bet it could have changed their life in a certain manner, if not that little bit. Please, come back to the basics. YOU ARE ALSO A SALESMAN. you are selling your service to the public. In a way or rather, all of us are, nothing but a salesman. Even Lim Goh Tong was a salesman. Don't bull me with "salesman not allowed".
Anyways... we proceeded to the Oakland area.. passed by a lawyer's firm.. ran upstairs... juz to find that it was locked! thus.. we went down with disappointment. But, we met this malay-looking-but-was-an-indian guy downstairs.. named Kumar. He was waiting for the lawyer too. Thus, he asked wat we wanted. We told.. he called the lawyer. And we waited like dungus listening him to his MLM talk for about half an hour.. waiting at the corridor of the place. Finally he arrived.. and BOY! He is gonna come next week with his partner and his friend. Adding to that, he have heard of it. Worth the wait, ain't it?
We went lunching in Jusco, Seremban 2 in Hongkie Kopitiam. And proceeded to Seremban Specialist Centre. We wasted a lil of time waiting for the doctors.. but we've met 2 specialist.. An orthopedic and trauma surgeon and also a physician and neurologist.
If you had that extra time to spare, I don't understand why aren't you open to opportunities? Just becoz we came right to your door step? If salesman is what you're thinking of, you'll never open yourself to opportunities.
Along the way.. we've stopped at so manyyyy lawyer firms, accounting firms, clinics and even construction companies! But, yeah.. number game. :)
Anyways.. it was a fruitful day for us. Hopefully everything goes well. Hopefully they see the value of the investment next week and we all would be heading into the same direction. =)
Got home bout 10. Was dead tired. Lied down on the bed and slept till 1130. :| bathed and was so refreshed.. thus.. typed this entry. lol. anyways.. my battery's gona die off soon. lol.
Till then. Adios.

My Holidays
It all started when devilish Wei Lee came to my house in Taman Melawati... one day... and came up with a smart ass question. "wei lat! Wanna go phuket ah?"
Hrmmmmmffff...... thought it was a good idea since my 5 year old passport have not gotten any single chops on it. Or in a simpler term, I've not gone out of the country before in my life. Even my then 15 year old sis has already went out of the country.
Thus, we made a few calls to our frenz, NOBODY could confirm. We both ended up doing research and buyin the flight tickets on the spot that nite.
I must say.. it was the best holiday i ever had so far. Damn relaxing. And.... I love the beaches! as opposed to cities la.
So, that was how the travel bug attacked into my system and got tagged onto my DNA. And traveling becomes a part of me. I save money just for the sake of traveling. And, it all started with Phuket, the beautiful island with lotsa interesting activities.

You wouldn't know how much I loved the sun tanning. I know i'm already enough 'Malay' but heck! I like the color :p
Next.... we proceeded to Langkawi.. just a local holiday.. where melia suggested and did allll the booking for us. :)
Langkawi
February, 2007

My family then decided that end of the year to actually go for an oversea holiday instead of being stucked in boring Genting Highlands which my dad will never ever fail to go EVERY end of the year. Well, everyone knows the obvious reason.

In december of 2006, my friends and I as seen in the picture, have decided to celebrate Christmas, no where else, but SINGAPORE! It was i guess.. by far.. the most 'happenning' christmas ever I had on Orchard Road :)
Then.... me and my friends decided again to go for a holiday in 'bulk'. We chose Bangkok as our destination. And this time.. the group was huge! there were 12 of us!

And,... at this time of the year.. my family decided on another trip outside of Malaysia.. but it's always my sis that made the trip "chinesey". you know.. me being banana.. i would want a "english" country instead of a "chinese" country which i cant read a shit they write on their boards. And yes, it was Taiwan. Tell me how chinese is dat! lol.

That is the end of my trips at the moment... TILL OCTOBER COMESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
Fuck i can't wait for October. damnit. felt like i have not gone holidays for 10 years. Gosh!
Ok. COME FASTER OCTOBER!

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. - 1 Corinthians 13 v 4 - 7.

Chapters of Life
How many chapters do you have in your life? I have several.
It started when I was born, my first chapter of life. And, as I grew, my next chapter, chapter 2 was seeing my parents fight often. And, as I grew further, I found that I was gonna loose my mum. And, my next chapter-chapter 3 came in where I had to live a life without a mum, but thankfully, with 2 aunts and then, with a sis. I made wonderful friends in this chapter. I met Raelynne and Lai Ching which are trully my friends till now. =) of course some other as well but just not as close. The chapter came to chapter 4, which I had to go to high school.
Interestingly, I was a tomboy then. I DO NOT wear skirts. but now, I almost do not wear pants. :| Well, chapter 5 was rather interesting... where Sin Choy, which some of you people would have known about came into the picture. Yeah.. I was a lil' 'crazy' over him. lol. But, think bout it now, it was rather funny and yeah.. BRAVE. and damn tak malu. lol.
It was during Form 3, which Raelynne and I started cycling to this 'moo-moo-cybercafe'. It was painted in yellow with black spots k. That's when i started being involved in the 'cyber-world' and yes, till now. :| But, the cyberworld was a good thing. =) That was how I met some good friends that I'll keep them for the rest of my life. That's where I met Midori & Daryl which brought me Allen, Glenn, Ashwin and Chek. Which, brought me Gary, Siewharong and Audrey. Which I knew before but not close to. And, I am glad they did.
High school ended in a blast. And, I proceeded to Chapter 6-MMU. Was stuck in Group 57 with nobody I know. Sucky beginning but wonderful endings. :) That's when we formed the 'english-speaking-group'. Namely, me, Wei Lee, Punitha, Amelia and Mien. We were so noisy that we get scolding everywhere we go. With our trademark of "OH MY GOD" and with a tone. Which we do almost simultaneously. Then, I met Danny and Jet which are now part of my life. Dan to be labeled as my ex-husband as a present from Wei Lee. Uni was good and fun but I didn't played enough. But let's say, I proceeded to the next chapter, working life.
Chapter 7 - my first job, paid me a basic of RM1K, in sales. Hated the job+boss, loved the colleagues. Thus, stayed for 8 months. lol. At this moment, I met Sook Theng, Azryl and Shan. Which are the nicest people in the office. Well, at least for me. I wouldnt have known Theng, if I weren't roomies with her during the team building. =) And, I'm glad both me and her were left stranded without roomies, which made us roomies. lol.
I quit KGC and joined KMDC. The company 'used' to have a future till some smart ass ruined it. It was honestly one of the better training companies with huge tie ups and good reputation but someone juz had to ruin it. THat someone was Andrina Yeo - MY fucking lady boss. Thank God it ended and now, she's either quit or sacked by the company. I proceeded to Hong Leong Bank for the same pay :| WONDERFUL platform to learn. Seriously, I learned fucking lots of things and juggled fucking lotsa tasks. Tough one, but learned alot. But didnt like it. But, my boss, Rosaline Law, she's one awesome boss. :) Whole branch, we were in the same boat - the 'banana' boat. I quit the bank after almost a year and joined Walton International Group.
Chapter 8 - My current chapter in life has been very challenging especially, emotionally. I've faced lotsa ups and downs, lots of excitement and lots of tears as well. The joy of closing a deal is unexplainable. But, the downfall that you feel whenever a BIG deal is cancelled is unbearable. I once lost a deal that costs me RM18K and it took me 2 months to get up and move again. I lost my sanity, I lost my focus and what was worst, I lost faith in myself. I didn't wanna step up and do again coz I was afraid that I'll face that again. It was tough. It was really a fight within myself. None of the jobs have I ever done that made me went through this. But in this chapter, I've met people like Regan-my housemate now, Vince, Tsin Ai, Calvin, Michael and Leong. Here in Walton, it was emotion, it was financial and it was physical strength. It is endurance and believing in yourself. I'm pulling through.
Of course there is love life in between the chapters but was not mentioned. Coz, none was important enough to have a chapter by itself. It was Yong Wei, Benny, Ganesh and some flings. None was worthy to speak on. Benny did left footprints but Ganesh left scars. Yong Wei Left shites which I don't wanna remember. And I'm flowing the stream and going with the flow now. I'm attached to Walton now. :|
And I officially did my first facial today. lol. Believe it or not, believe it!My first. :p and Damn it was fucking nice. My face was redddddddd due to the picit picit of black and white heads. :| But, it was all fun and relaxing.
Weekend has been a routine for me. Either I work or I'm out with my friends or back in Melaka. Sometimes I wonder if I can do better with my weekends. Gee. And I wonder, when Chapter 8 ends, will it end with a wonderful beginning of Chapter 9 or otherwise.
I have 8 chapters so far. And hoping to have more wonderful chapters. How many do u have?

The Incredible Hulk!
Adeline called me the other day to ask if I wanted free preview tickets to The Incredible Hulk movie.. thus.. i asked michael and calvin if they;'d wanna go. Allen can't make it and as usual Glenn will always have to work late :|
Suprisingly.. the cinema hall was quite empty.. lol. i thought it will be jam packed with human beings. Later found out.. there were more than 2 halls for public screening with the tickets.
It was quite a good movie, with good effect and all.. except for the ending. :|

HILLSONGS UNITED!!!
Hillsongs United was in my church, Glad Tidings PJ yesterday. They rocked the whole church, a whole sum of 3000 people attended! It was awesome! The spirit everyone had was awesome. We jump, praised, sing our lungs out and shouted! :D
A lil small cut of video that I managed to capture on my non-high-tech camera. Thus, the quality like this. lol. Btw, recording weren't allowed actually. :|

T. Harv Eker's Millionaire Mind Intensive!!
I was in Mines Exhibition Centre for Millionaire Mind Intensive for the past 3 days over the weekend. From Friday to Sunday, 9am-11pm. Think that , that was tiring? U'd be shocked to see how energetic the crowd was at 11pm! Coz, we were all kept at level 10 energy all the way through.
It was a motivational course and at the same time a fun one! Harv's co-trainer, Robert, was one heck of a funny man. :) He made the whole thing so interesting. Of coz, Harv, the master of all, was one hell of a crazy sales man. He's GOOD! He does psychology closing like nobody's business. He's crazily good. Man, I'd wish I would be able to close my clients in that psychology manner. He's GOOD!
He made us think, made us dance, made us shout, made us do mantras!, made us did exercise, made us break arrows, made us burn RM100, made us cry, made us think, made us change our minds! And, he sells his training course, "Quantum Leap" at RM20K and still alot signed up. If I'd have the money, I'd sign up as well. =| Problem was, my credit card also got no such credit limit to swipe it. lol!!!

The Tag that I had to wear for 3 days. No taking out or watsoever. So, i tido with it, makan with it, mandi also with it. Thus, Got selotape all over it.
=)

Anyways.. I wanna post up some picture of the arrow that I broke. It's really in the mind that makes u think u can't break it using the soft part of your throat. It's crazy! :) but we did it!
And, It's really fun seeing like a huge one family in the course. Everyone became like a friend. Everyone became like someone we knew. We just talk! Even during lunch time, when we see next table, has the orange tag on the hand, we just talk! It's like one big happy family! THERE WERE 4800 ATTENDEES!!! And, best part of it all, I've come to know this couple, Ravi & Lynn. I sat next to them on the first day... we bonded so well, we seem to have known each other so long. Saturday, I sat some other places and the whole of Sunday, I was with them again! :) And, now, i'm suppose to go Kuantan to spend my holidays with them. lol. They're one nice couple. :)
It's not just about the course that i've attended. I've made new frenz, people that makes changes in my life. :)

National Achievers Congress 2008!
I had no time to update on National Achievers Congress 2008. It was a motivational seminar organised by Success Resources. With renowned speakers world wide coming to Malaysia to speak in a 2 day event. This includes people like Joe Girard, Blair Singer, T. Harv Eker, Roger Hamilton, Dr Clement Chiang and others!!!
Joe Girard if you all don't know is the number 1 sales man in the world, making his mark in the guiness book of record, with an average sale of 6 cars per day in the automobile industry! He was about 60+ and freaking full of energy!!! seriously.. he was comfortable on stage, made some people cry, and he was just awesome!
Incase you guys dont know who is Joe Girard, google him out. He's the 3rd person from the left in the picture above. Blair Singer, is the partner of Robert Kiyosaki. Robert himself is coming down in NAC 2009! How cool is that?
Probably not cool to most of you guys out there, but it's damn cool to be able to attend to a world renowned sales people, being in the sales line. Those who do not appreciate them, are most probably people who has never did sales as a career.
T. Harv Eker brought up this particular phrase that made me think. Then, i shared it around coz I really thought it made hell lots of sense!
Now, take a look at the prices of the tickets in order to participate in this congress!
Crazily expensive. And they had close to 3,000 participants. Imagine the profit! OMG! Btw, I was seated in Gold Level 1.
The energy was crazily high and everybody was very very much motivated!

There is no such thing as a no-sale-call!!! The question is who is going to close the sale! YOU OR HIM??? It's either you make the sale by selling him some products or he made the sale by selling you the reason on why he doesn't want to meet you! Either way, IT IS A SALE!Tell, me if that doesn't make sense, coz it does to me.
