Adeline called me the other day to ask if I wanted free preview tickets to The Incredible Hulk movie.. thus.. i asked michael and calvin if they;'d wanna go. Allen can't make it and as usual Glenn will always have to work late :|

Suprisingly.. the cinema hall was quite empty.. lol. i thought it will be jam packed with human beings. Later found out.. there were more than 2 halls for public screening with the tickets.

It was quite a good movie, with good effect and all.. except for the ending. :|

HAPPY!

I've received my Happy! simcard on Monday in my office. Efficiency in delivery man! They actually call in the morning to confirm the time that they'll be able to meet me in my office just to hand deliver the card. and adding to dat, they will have to verify IC first before giving! :D

Went to Menara PGRM yday for HP fair, kononnya got 70% off from hp price.. cheh. tipu. lol. Anyways... i didn't get any nokia, or motorola, sony ericsson or not even LG or philips... I instead bought.... ETOUCH! lol. It's a brand under samsung. A korean brand :)

HILLSONGS UNITED!!!

Hillsongs United was in my church, Glad Tidings PJ yesterday. They rocked the whole church, a whole sum of 3000 people attended! It was awesome! The spirit everyone had was awesome. We jump, praised, sing our lungs out and shouted! :D

T. Harv Eker's Millionaire Mind Intensive!!

I was in Mines Exhibition Centre for Millionaire Mind Intensive for the past 3 days over the weekend. From Friday to Sunday, 9am-11pm. Think that , that was tiring? U'd be shocked to see how energetic the crowd was at 11pm! Coz, we were all kept at level 10 energy all the way through.

It was a motivational course and at the same time a fun one! Harv's co-trainer, Robert, was one heck of a funny man. :) He made the whole thing so interesting. Of coz, Harv, the master of all, was one hell of a crazy sales man. He's GOOD! He does psychology closing like nobody's business. He's crazily good. Man, I'd wish I would be able to close my clients in that psychology manner. He's GOOD!

He made us think, made us dance, made us shout, made us do mantras!, made us did exercise, made us break arrows, made us burn RM100, made us cry, made us think, made us change our minds! And, he sells his training course, "Quantum Leap" at RM20K and still alot signed up. If I'd have the money, I'd sign up as well. =| Problem was, my credit card also got no such credit limit to swipe it. lol!!!

Anyways.. I wanna post up some picture of the arrow that I broke. It's really in the mind that makes u think u can't break it using the soft part of your throat. It's crazy! :) but we did it!

And, It's really fun seeing like a huge one family in the course. Everyone became like a friend. Everyone became like someone we knew. We just talk! Even during lunch time, when we see next table, has the orange tag on the hand, we just talk! It's like one big happy family! THERE WERE 4800 ATTENDEES!!! And, best part of it all, I've come to know this couple, Ravi & Lynn. I sat next to them on the first day... we bonded so well, we seem to have known each other so long. Saturday, I sat some other places and the whole of Sunday, I was with them again! :) And, now, i'm suppose to go Kuantan to spend my holidays with them. lol. They're one nice couple. :)

It's not just about the course that i've attended. I've made new frenz, people that makes changes in my life. :)

My fear is the Fear of Failure. And I broke through it. I'll make it in life.

The Tag that I had to wear for 3 days. No taking out or watsoever. So, i tido with it, makan with it, mandi also with it. Thus, Got selotape all over it.

Bukit Putih!!!

Heyaaaaaa

Today, I went hiking up Bukit Putih in Cheras! It was a 2 hours up and 2 hours down hiking. Tough trail i tell u :| Well... the end part was worth it. THere was a beautiful waterfall upthere! :D which we went n dip n me with no extra clothes... and got wet during a game.. walked down drenched. lol.

THanx to Tati and Willie that they brought up sandwiches n all. we had egg and sardine sandwiches. :D

Now, my knees's like gona break! lol. It has been quite a bit since i last did this. and it's kinda fun though it's kinda pain also la. lol.

And... with this super hike... we'd thought to ourselves.. that we have lost some weight! lol. but.. to the horror.. lol!! after we reached the hillside.... we went to PJ SEAFOOD! :|

and there.. we had... chicken, fish, 2 types of crabs, beancurd!!! omg. lol. we ate like babi. so back to square 1. lol. but the butter crab was freaking delicious! And, we spend RM290 on dinner :|

Obviously with our speed, we took bout 40 i think. lol. and all the people hiking was so helpful and so encouraging! lol. an aunty passed by and said.. VERY NEAR ALREADY!! JIA YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol and best part when hiking down, we met an uncle... who we consulted in to ask for a shorter route. lol. He brought us till one place where there was 2 split, LONG DISTANCE and SHORT DISTANCE. We told uncle, we're taking the SHORT one. And uncle was like ok, i'll take the long one. see ya! thanx! den we finally managed to sampai the bottom.. and guessed wat! about 5 minutes later, we saw uncle. :| That was how fast he hiked!! lol!!!!!

National Achievers Congress 2008!

I had no time to update on National Achievers Congress 2008. It was a motivational seminar organised by Success Resources. With renowned speakers world wide coming to Malaysia to speak in a 2 day event. This includes people like Joe Girard, Blair Singer, T. Harv Eker, Roger Hamilton, Dr Clement Chiang and others!!!

Joe Girard if you all don't know is the number 1 sales man in the world, making his mark in the guiness book of record, with an average sale of 6 cars per day in the automobile industry! He was about 60+ and freaking full of energy!!! seriously.. he was comfortable on stage, made some people cry, and he was just awesome!

Incase you guys dont know who is Joe Girard, google him out. He's the 3rd person from the left in the picture above. Blair Singer, is the partner of Robert Kiyosaki. Robert himself is coming down in NAC 2009! How cool is that?

Probably not cool to most of you guys out there, but it's damn cool to be able to attend to a world renowned sales people, being in the sales line. Those who do not appreciate them, are most probably people who has never did sales as a career.

T. Harv Eker brought up this particular phrase that made me think. Then, i shared it around coz I really thought it made hell lots of sense!

Yesterday my family and I open this box of Mini Poppers. There were 3 poppers in every individual pack in the box. Thus, we happily makan the thing. Suddenly when i was about to open the next pack, i realised something was wrong! That stupid pack only contained 2!!!! Me and my sis was like.... eh! we kena con ah? lol. then we thought... probably it's written on the box, 17 mini poppers or so... thus we turn around the box to check.. and we saw 18! X(

Appreciate Life

I was on facebook yesterday and noticed a new group being formed on my homepage. A general update on "Malaysia" network on facebook. It says, " In loving memory of a true friend, brother and son. You will be missed". Out of curiousity, I landed a click on the link. And.. i ended a search on the guy who was called to be with Him. I dont know him, but I felt so sad. I felt like there was so much in him that it was too early for him to go. He was only 20. He had an accident while working out, falling and knocking his head and fell into a coma. I was like...????

I read alot about him yesterday night and today morning. It seems like he's a kinda person who lives life to its fullest, appreciating every single moment of his life. But, he was just taken too early to be in a better place. He's only 20..... have not even managed to go through half of the life.

Now that he's in a better place, may he rest in peace.

I'm in Melaka this whole week, prospecting for the upcoming Walton seminar this saturday.. but today i woke up late, made some calls to some prospects, then fetch my sis at 4pm. Ended up in KTV from 5-7, makan wantanmee and ojian.. reach home also 830 already. So much of, proclaimed "working".

Anyways, main reason for this post is I got emo while watching Avril Lavigne's When you're gone video in the KTV. I know abit lembap for me to notice it now.. but it was a really nice vid. A very emotional one. As she says... the video "is about being with someone you love, and you have to say goodbye, and all the little things you miss about them". It is really sad not being able to say goodbye to the person you love, even though u don;t want to. Why would we ever wanna say a goodbye that might mean forever to our loved ones. Like the lady which is featured in the video.

Another touching part of it is the old man who has lost his wife. Looking at how he looks at the pictures of he and his wife when they were together, her clothes... juz brings back the memories he has. And, all he could do, is just cry....because he misses her so much. And, she went away before him. Yet, some people in this world, simply do not treasure the person who is next to them. And only when they're gone, they'd start to realise how much they wanted them by their side.

All summonses and compounds waived

KUALA KANGSAR: Summonses and notices of compounds issued by all Perak local councils until yesterday will be waived, said newly-appointed Mentri Besar Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin.

Describing it as a “one-time arrangement,” he said the move was to thank the people for supporting the DAP-PKR-PAS coalition and to help reduce their burden.

“All unsettled compound notices involving traffic and hawker offences issued until March 17 by all local councils will be waived,” he said during his maiden press conference at a resort here after being sworn in as the 10th Perak Mentri Besar at Istana Iskandariah.

Mohammad Nizar was, however, quick to remind the people to abide by the rules after this.

“This is not a move to encourage wrongdoings but is in appreciation of the people’s support,” he said.

Mohammad Nizar also expressed hope that the people would support the new coalition government so that it would be able to administer and provide for their welfare.

On another matter, he said the new coalition government would look into doing away with the practice of having only politicians as local councillors.

“This was a pledge made during the general election that one-third of the local councillors would comprise of professionals, academics and businessmen instead of just politicians.

“We want a difference in the composition so that there will be fair distribution of responsibilities,” he said.

The business fraternity and consumers in the state were also reassured that there would be no discrimination on the part of the new coalition government.

“They should not be nervous with the change in government and continue to trade as usual.

“I give them my guarantee that they will not face any form of discrimination,” he added.

Penang Umno to recommend stopping all state mega projects (source : NST Online

GEORGE TOWN, Thurs:

Penang Umno will recommend to the Federal Government to stop all proposed mega projects in the state, include those planned under the Northern Corridor Economic Region (NCER), the second Penang Bridge, the light monorail transit system, the Penang Outer Ring Road, the Penang Sentral and the RapidPenang bus service.

State Umno secretary Datuk Azhar Ibrahim said the previous Gerakan-led state government had worked together with the federal government to bring all sorts of development to Penang.

"Since the people have clearly rejected development and made their choice for a change, we will recommend to the federal government to cancel all such projects. Don't blame us for this," he said after a state liaison committee meeting here today. In March 8 polls, Umno only won two parliamentary seats and 12 state seats.

The meeting was chaired by the deputy state Umno liaison committee chairman Datuk Seri Abdul Rashid Abdullah. Also present were Umno division chiefs from all 13 divisions.

Asked if this was Umno's revenge, Azhar, who was appointed opposition chief, said: "This is not revenge…it is the new government's responsibility to bring development to the state. We have done so many things in the past but we were criticised…we were blamed for wasting this and wasting that."
To another question if this would bring about any implications to the people, he said: "The people have chosen and they wanted a new leadership."

Post Election Effect

Basically, it's a post election effect on the bunch of unhappy people of what's happening around in Malaysia. Well, "kalau kalah tu, kalah la" , does it really mean "kalah la"? Or does it really mean, otherwise? I personally didn't expect some stuff or words uttered by some of the leaders in Malaysia which I 'thought' I had respect for. Especially me, coming from Malacca, looking at Malacca developing. But, i guess it was kinda tarnished upon reading some articles.

Not being bias, but just being judgmental upon reading some articles. Most of us would have missed the article over our local newspaper, The Star. But, it was highlighted by a dear friend of mine. So, if this is the message that would like to be passed on the civilians and the people of Malacca, so why not just talk about it?

Mohd Ali: I have to rethink Malacca city plans

MALACCA: Although assuring continued development in Malacca, newly sworn-in Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam said the “drive” to spur development within the city may be disrupted.

Mohd Ali said he would have to “think twice” with regard to new projects coming into the city as hopes of making it a more vibrant one had been dashed owing to DAP’s control of it.

“We wanted to develop it further but the rakyat is not so interested.

If there are new things (projects), maybe I have to think twice,” he said, adding that he would not shift projects which had been previously earmarked.

Projects that had so far been announced such as the coastal road, the Malacca River beautification, flash flood mitigation, monorail and education would still continue, he added.

“I had a vision to brighten and liven up the city but this drive (semangat) may be disrupted now,” he said, adding that that was the reason for his appeal for voters to support Barisan in the polls.

Despite the setback, he said he would continue towards achieving a developed state status for Malacca by 2010.

He added that a state-level post-mortem would be carried out to determine the factors causing the losses in the polls.

Earlier, Mohd Ali took his oath of allegiance as the Chief Minister of Malacca for a third term at 8.15am before Malacca Governor Tun Khalil Yaakob in a ceremony held at the Governor’s office.

He later announced the line-up of the 10-member state exco that comprises seven elected representatives from Umno, two from MCA and one from MIC.

They are Datuk Md Yunos Husin, Datuk Yaakob Amin, Datuk Abd Ghafar Atan, Datuk Mohd Hidhir Abu Hassan, Datuk Latiff Tambi Chik, Datuk Abd Karim Sulaiman and Norpipah Abdul.

The MCA excos are Datuk Seet Har Cheow and Gan Tian Loo and R. Perumal is the MIC representative.

I know. This is so outdated! *lol* But this is a post-CNY post. :D

CNY was ok-ok only this year, minus the party-ing & daily yam char part. Other than dat, i dont really feel a CNY feeling. Nothing much, relative's not visiting anymore, people stop going to each other houses. I only feel it within my mum's family.. my dad's family? basically like all relatives are dead. We dont visit one another and I also dont understand why. aih.. watever.

It's a hot sunday afternoon. And yes, I stayed home whole day, skipping Church. Wait till my aunt reads this, then I'll get lectured.

Anyways, just wanted to do a small post about this guy I met yesterday. A friend of Winks' by the name Raymond. We went McD and konon beer-session in Meng Tien with me having my hugeeeeee cup of watermelon juice. A pretty nice guy and friendly. Then, they told me he has this thing at looking at someone's faces and tell things. *lol* sorry if you're reading this.. but that's how i interpret it. :p Then, he look at my muka and said, you are moody!

I was like.. uh? wtf? first person to say im a moody person being the first time meeting! lol. Well, true enough that he said, it could be read on the face that despite being jovial, the real self is moody. Like pendam perasaan. hrmfff.... and i start to think.. this guy.. damn dangerous la. *lol* kenot hide benda. lol

Anyways, yeah, crap, i am, m-o-o-d-y di dalam. I hafta admit that. Work problem, this stupid guy who has been around me problem, watever problem and then come CNY lagi.. aiyo! But, heck! I've got good friends! :) Thanx for being thr for me always! :)

A very happy 2008 to everybody! A brand new year with a brand new you! I bet everyone has got their resolutions all set up and goals that they wanna hit in the year of 2008. Finally, the year of the babi has ended. Not good for the babis, like my friends and i! lol.

Anyways, it was a great closing of year 2007 for me and my friends. Instead of squeezing through thousands and thousands of people smelling their smelly armpits, we had a house party! A house party, no where but in my place, PUNCAK DAMANSARA! lol. and all we spent was RM13.20 per person. *lol*

We had 3 large domino's pizza delivered to our door step. We watched Alvin & the Chipmunks and had a great shopping day! NOT BUYING OUR STUFF! but buying things for the night... we had pasta and we had home made yummy egg sandwich! All freshly done by Midori and I! patutlah sedap! LOL!!!!! BUT IT WAS GOOD OK! X(

Ashwin and i was the "TARGET" for the night. First, it was me going down, then it was Ashwin going down. By the time ash got down, i got sober. SO, i conteng ashwin all over with my pen! lol. and i was later, joined by midori and nee! wahahhaha..
